Business Partnerships

During the 4 years of activity, SUSTENOBIL has contributed to the promotion of sustainability through partnerships initiated with multinational companies, local start-ups, SMEs, academic institutions and NGOs in the field of education, technology and production.

A business kicked-off full-time during the pandemic has grown sustainably, adding to the existing portfolio of clients with innovative products, such as the AI start-up, Knosis, AmParcat App, the furniture-toy manufacturer, Leea Toys, the first international client, Serial 1, powered by Harley-Davidson.

Thus, today SUSTENOBIL manages Serial 1’s brand presence in 9 countries in Central and Northern Europe (Romania, Hungary, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Poland, Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland), generating over 300 media clippings in mass media, blogs and vlogs of the most influential opinion leaders in technology, urban mobility, business and cycling, with a viewership estimated at over 1 billion.

Among our flagship projects is the prototype of the first 3D Braille keyboard designed by a Romanian engineer, which was made available to the community, free of charge, so anyone can manufacture it at any 3D printing centre. The innovation project carried out by Rareș Manolache, funded by Knosis, tested by the AMAIS NGO, and communicated by SUSTENOBIL, opened up the dialogue between the business sector and non-governmental organisations about the accessibility of software and hardware for people with disAbilities, registering over 30 appearances media, endemic and non-endemic, with an estimated media exposure of 1 million people. Just recently, our collaboration with HELP Autism NGO has brought attention to the diversity of minds and infinite possibilities they bring with them, communicating the contest for architectural solutions of the first inclusive camp in Romania.

3D DIY Braille Keyboard PR Report

Sfat – Intergenerational dialogue on apartment sustainability was another project in the organization’s strategic direction. The guide on sustainability resulting from anthropological research on seniors was communicated by SUSTENOBIL, registering over 50 media outlets clippings with an estimated 4 million impressions.

Academic Partnerships

Since 2022, Lavinia Iancu holds the Entrepreneurship seminar for students from the Faculty of Finance, Banks and Stock Exchanges, within The Bucharest University of Economic Studies, as well as the Entrepreneurship and Innovation seminar within the Project Management Master’s programme at The National University of Political Science and Public Administration in Bucharest.

Moreover, Lavinia Iancu has delivered over 200 hours of training on product management and pitching within the StartUPT project, financed by the Innotech Student governmental programme, for students enrolled in Politehnica Timișoara.

In 2022, SUSTENOBIL PR/ODUCTION signed an internship agreement with the Faculty of Communication and Public Relations at The University of Bucharest to offer students internships and learning opportunities.

Own Initiatives

In 2020, SUSTENOBIL PR/ODUCTION invested in a spin-off, ReFEEL Solutions, Inc., which developed the ReFEEL App, the door 2 door same day delivery solution, featured in the premiere of Imperiul Leilor TV show on PRO TV, that was awarded in 2021 with the Biz Sustainability Awards for Innovation in Digital. Using the principles of crowdsourcing, ReFEEL App aims to become a global sustainability HUB, which connects local communities to the global economy.


We cherish long-term partnerships so the number of customers has remained relatively constant over the years, between 5 and 6 new customers per year. In 2021, the number of new customers increased by 120% compared to 2020, and 4 of the partnerships initiated are going as we speak.
